Chris Knight is a rare combination of expert trainer and persistent encourager. When I started training with Chris in late 2004, I had tried off and on for over a decade to develop a training regimen on my own. None of it seemed to stick, and certainly none had any effect on my twin goals of weight loss and improved physical conditioning. Chris was able to bring just the right amount of challenge and encouragement, and was quickly able to assess my needs and abilities to do weight and cardio training. His knowledge of human physiology and how to exercise properly made it possible for me to improve significantly without any injuries or disabling pain.
Bottom line, since working with Chris, I’ve lost weight, improved my physical stamina and muscle tone, and (important for me) improved my golf handicap! Though the workouts were quite intensive, Chris was able to inspire me to push forward. He took my medical condition into account and never pushed me beyond my limitations while challenging me to do more than I thought possible. I experienced great results. Between modifying my diet and exercising intentionally I lost 31 lbs in 12 weeks. I thought that was quite impressive and that it was done in a healthy manner. Our son started working with Chris Knight a few months ago. He had been concerned with the weight he had gained and with starting high school he was very self conscious about himself. Chris has been really great in building his self esteem and confidence.
